Kristen Hilton, CIPP/US, is a Senior Assistant Attorney General in the Consumer Protection Section of the Oregon Department of Justice. In that role, Kristen handles data breach and privacy matters impacting Oregonians, including enforcement of the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act.

Eva Novick, CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPM, leads Miller Nash’s privacy & data security team. She advises clients on compliance with state, federal, and international privacy laws and assists with security incident response.
