Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion measures and policies are being attacked on many fronts. This virtual-only CLE program will focus on defending against these attacks. Haley Morrison, Epstein Becker & Green, Professor David Schraub, Lewis & Clark Law School and Janeen Snell, Attorney and Certified Information Privacy Professional will discuss legal and policy responses that we hope will better equip lawyers to advise clients, represent clients in judicial and administrative proceedings, and continue to foster diversity in our own profession. MBA Equity Diversity & Inclusion Committee member Daniel Housley, Kyndryl Inc, will moderate the panel discussion.
