The Multnomah County Circuit Court is updating the Civil Motions Consensus Statement, which reflects the bench’s consensus on civil motion issues that frequently recur. If you have thoughts or suggestions on proposed amendments or considerations by the Court for future additions, please send your input to Judge Angela Lucero by Friday, August 21.

Although the consensus statement is not binding case law, it reflects a consensus of the judges deciding civil motions.
