How Jurors, Judges and Other Key Decisionmakers Really Think

For many of us, the practice of law is about persuading jurors, judges, and others to make the decisions we want them to make.  But how much do we really know about how the decisionmaking process inside the human brain works? At this CLE, the Honorable Michael Simon, US District Court Judge, and trial consultant Christopher Dominic of Tsongas Litigation Consulting will discuss this research and its implications for practicing lawyers.
