The Multnomah Lawyer is the official publication and newsletter of the Multnomah Bar Association (MBA) and is a timely and well-read source of information for the entire Portland metropolitan region legal community. The newsletter has a circulation of more than 4,100 lawyers, judges and other legal professionals in Multnomah, Clackamas, Washington and Clark counties. Classified Advertising

Get the word out quickly to over 4,600 metro area lawyers. Contact Carol Hawkins at 503.222.3275 or by email for information and to establish word count and cost. You may incorporate the text into the body of your email and Carol will contact you with the price.

Payment, in the form of cash, check, American Express, Visa or MasterCard, must be received before a classified ad is placed. The ad deadline is the 12th of the month preceding publication, or the prior Friday, if the 12th falls on a weekend.


Members: $40 for 25 or fewer words and $.50 per word thereafter.
Non-members: $75 for 25 or fewer words and $.50 per word thereafter.
Blind box ads are available for an additional $25.
Each grouping of numbers counts as one word, such as zip codes or phone numbers. For example, there are six words in: 620 SW 5th Ave., Ste. 1220.

The MBA has several opportunities to sponsor events in 2016.

On Saturday, February 7 the 13th Annual WinterSmash raised over $19,000 for Multnomah CourtCare. Over 300 people gathering at 20th Century Lanes for a fun evening of bowling. 2015 event photos.

On Thursday, May 7, over 400 people attended the 109th Annual Meeting and Dinner and Judges Reception recognizing the service of MBA members. The prestigious MBA Professionalism Award, awards of merit and pro bono awards were presented. 2015 event photos.

On Thursday, August 13, Battle of the Lawyer Bands raised money for Multnomah CourtCare. Bands comprised of at least one Oregon lawyer competed for the title of "Best Oregon Lawyer Band." 2015 event photos

The 18th Annual VLP Golf Championship was held on Monday, August 31 at Tualatin Country Club raising money for the Volunteer Lawyers Project at Legal Aid Services of Oregon.

The Absolutely Social was held on Thursday, October 22. This cocktail party, attended by over 200 lawyers, was the perfect setting to catch up with colleagues and friends. 2015 event photos.
