Judge Kathleen Dailey, Multnomah County Circuit Court
Judge Dailey was pleased to be appointed to the bench on August 20, 2004 by Governor Theodore Kulongoski. She was elected to a six-year term in November 2004.
Dailey was born in Portland and raised in the Fiji Islands. She graduated from the University of Oregon in June 1981 with a degree in history. She graduated from Lewis & Clark Law School in 1984. She then lived in Bad Kreuznach, Germany working in the civil service as the Army Community Services Outreach Coordinator until 1987. She practiced criminal law at Metropolitan Public Defenders Inc. from 1988-92.
