Located in Portland Oregon, is seeking a Project Director to head up the administration of major class action settlements. The person in this position should have the educational background and experience to translate court orders, regulations and settlement agreements into consistent, logical administrative processes and provide advice and guidance to clients about the practicalities of handling specific instances of claims or other circumstances within a Settlement in which ECA's clients are engaged.
The primary goal of this position is to manage successfully the relationship with assigned key clients and to provide oversight for their projects. For certain projects, direct management of a project team may also be required. Additional duties will include: Project Management; Business Development Support, as a subject-matter expert; Expert testimony; Coordination across multiple business units; Analysis of legal and regulatory documents; Advice and guidance to assigned clients; Leadership of project teams; Development of and stewardship to estimates, plans and budgets; and Responding to RFPs or RFIs in private or public sectors.

1. Experienced Associate - Trusts, Estates And Business
Cosgrave Vergeer Kester LLP seeks a lateral hire to join our business practice group. Successful candidate will have established client base of relatively sophisticated trust and estate planning, administration and tax, and expertise in general business, tax and charitable organization transactions. Exceptional writing, analytical and interpersonal skills, excellent law school academic credentials and an entrepreneurial approach to the practice are essential. Admission to Oregon Bar required and to Washington Bar preferred.
2. Experienced Associate - Construction Litigation
Cosgrave Vergeer Kester LLP is seeking an associate with at least three years of litigation experience to join our construction practice group. Successful applicant will have good academic credentials, construction expertise and excellent analytical and writing skills. Must be a member in good standing of Oregon State Bar; Washington State Bar membership a plus.
3. Experienced Associate - Civil Litigation Trial Support
Cosgrave Vergeer Kester LLP is seeking a lateral associate to provide legal research, analysis, writing and other trial support for our civil litigation teams. A minimum of five years litigation experience is required. Will work closely with other attorneys on cases through the litigation cycle developing trial strategy, preparing dispositive motions and other pretrial court submissions. Oregon Bar membership in good standing is required.
