Tips from the Bench Archives

After a hiatus of about four years and back by popular demand, the widely read column Tips from the Bench has returned to the Multnomah Lawyer. Multnomah County Circuit Court Judge Robert P. Jones wrote this column through 2000. In September of 2004, Judge John Wittmayer from the Multnomah Circuit Court bench began authoring the popular feature.
