J. Michael Dwyer serves as President of the MBA. A partner with Dwyer & Miller, his practice is now focused on mediation, negotiation, family law and the representation of children. Dwyer earned his bachelor’s degree at UCLA and his law degree at Loyola of Los Angeles Law School. He moved to
Oregon
in 1989 after practicing in
Los Angeles
in a large civil firm and then as a federal prosecutor, in
Honolulu
as a criminal defense attorney and in
San Diego
in a civil litigation firm. In
Portland
he joined Cosgrave Vergeer & Kester before opening his own practice and teaming with Lisa Miller. Prior to serving as a Director and Treasurer, Dwyer chaired several MBA committees. |
